Linen Hire Frequently Asked Questions
The following are some frequently asked questions about the linen hire services we offer across the Fleurieu Peninsula, including to holiday homes and businesses in Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, Goolwa, Yankalilla, Encounter Bay and beyond.
What’s the minimum order for linen hire?
A single bed pack is our minimum order — perfect for compact changeovers, with queen and king sets available for larger bookings.
What areas do you deliver and collect from?
We service Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Encounter Bay, Port Elliot, Middleton, McCracken, Hayborough, Mount Compass, Yankalilla, Normanville, Carrickalinga, Myponga, Chiton, Mundoo Island and Hindmarsh Island. Not sure if you’re in range? Just get in touch.
Can you deliver and collect on weekends for guest changeovers?
Our standard delivery and collection days are weekdays, with weekend changeovers available by arrangement — just give us at least 48 hours’ notice where you can. For a genuine last-minute need, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Is laundering included in the hire price, or is that extra?
It’s included. The hire price covers full laundering, so there’s nothing extra to wash or pay for — just strip the beds, bag the used linen, and leave it out for us to collect.
Do you supply linen for personal or everyday home use, not just holiday rentals?
Yes. If you’d rather hire fresh, laundered linen than own and wash your own, this service isn’t limited to holiday properties — we supply and launder for personal and home use too.
Do you supply linen for aged care, medical or commercial use?
Yes. We supply and launder linen for aged care facilities, allied health practices and other commercial clients across the Fleurieu Peninsula — get in touch to discuss volumes and a regular delivery schedule.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Linen hire orders are non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days before the delivery or pick-up date, so we’d encourage locking in your dates as early as you can.
